Just recently, I’ve reached a point in my journey where I’m ready to fully own my value. Not in an arrogant or ego-driven way, but in a way that honors what I bring to the world.
Maybe you’ve felt it too — the tension between striving for perfection and questioning if you’re “enough.” For me, perfectionism and imposter syndrome shaped how I showed up for years. But through personal growth, reflection, and some hard inner work, I’ve realized something important: when we don’t embrace our value, we not only limit ourselves, we limit the impact we can have on others.
Letting Go of Almost: What Love Leaves Behind

A sharp, strategic leader who had just stepped into the C-suite after years of building, navigating politics, and earning her seat at the table. On paper, she had everything she wanted. A powerful title. A strong team. Influence.
